I specialize in perimenopause and menopause management, including hormonal and non-hormonal therapies, and I am here to provide evidence-based, scientific solutions to your health concerns.
I’ve also observed the challenges women face with weight changes over the years, which inspired me to become a diplomate in obesity medicine through the American Board of Obesity Medicine. This qualification allows me to better understand and support my patients in their weight management journeys at any stage of life. I can assist with preconception weight loss, postnatal weight loss, perimenopausal weight struggles, and any other related needs.
